Payment and Shipping

PAYMENT

Due to the nature of the peptide business, all payments will be manually processed. After filling your cart, you will check out as normal with an automatic manual payment. Your order number and items purchased will be on that invoice to keep as part of your receipt. Once we receive the order, we will manually send you a payment invoice for that order number. You can pay that invoice via credit or debt card or several other methods available. We also accept check by mail if you prefer that method, however, that method could delay the shipping until we receive the check and it clears.

We do not submit orders to our distribution center until payment is confirmed. To avoid shipment delays, please make the payment asap. If you have not received the payment invoice via email, please check your spam folder or contact us immediately. we can also text a payment link or QR code. We’ve found that this is a very easy process for most folks and we’ve had a lot of positive feedback.

SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

We charge a flat rate of $12.95 for shipping and handling

Orders with verified payments Monday-Thursday before 1pm EST will ship same day. Orders with payments confirmed after 1pm EST will ship next business day. Orders with verified payments on Friday before 1pm EST will ship same day. Orders with payments verified after 1pm Friday will ship the following Monday.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal/market holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking within 24 hours. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

We ship via USPS and occasionally UPS. Packages are carefully packaged and bubble wrapped to prevent damage.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping is available on orders with a product total of $250 or more after applying any discounts or coupons, and excluding taxes and shipping charges. This offer applies only to our standard ground shipping method and cannot be used as a credit toward expedited shipping upgrades.

Total product value must be over $250 at the time of checkout to qualify for free shipping. Any adjustments made to the order after the fact that bring the total product value below $250 may result in the standard shipping charges being reapplied to your order.

SHIPPING DELAYS

We commit to shipping orders out within 1 business day but are not responsible for carrier delays during transit.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier. We will not refund shipping charges if transit takes longer than estimated.

LIABILITY POLICY

All products are FOB (free on board) shipping point. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the package is given to the carrier.

Optional 2.5% insurance is available. If your insured package is lost/damaged, we will investigate and provide replacements once loss is confirmed.

Without insurance, we cannot refund or replace lost or damaged orders.

ORDER ACCURACY

We take extensive measures to ensure order accuracy through a multi-step verification and quality control process. All orders go through an initial verification followed by a second QC check, which includes photographing the order before sealing the package.

 Though we are confident in our processes, we understand mistakes can occasionally happen. If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work to make it right by replacing any incorrect or missing items from your purchase. Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If there are ever any issues with your order, reach out to us as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

We are commitment to rigorous quality control standards ensures that all our products meet the highest levels of purity and precision. Due to the fragile nature of our research products, we are unable to accept returns.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction with our product quality, customer support, and delivery services. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, our customer support team is here to assist you

Cancellations must be requested via email before the order has shipped.

To successfully process a cancellation, you must receive a cancellation confirmation number from us before the order is shipped.

Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
